Plinko

Plinko

In Plinko, you drop a ball through rows of pegs. It lands in a slot, and the slot’s multiplier determines how much you get back. Play for free, check the chances of different results, run simulations or compare games at casinos.

Our free game and casino versions

Our free Plinko uses virtual credits and lets you change Rows, Risk and Target RTP. RTP is the game’s expected return over many drops. Changing it changes the payouts, but it does not determine what happens in one particular session.

Our Standard Plinko game, Odds, Simulator and Strategy Lab all use the same probability-based Plinko model. Classic Plinko uses a separate physics simulation, where movement and collisions determine the final slot. It is our own model, not a copy of a specific casino game. Casino versions can have different settings, multipliers and RTP. Compare casino games to see their published details.

FAQ

Plinko questions

How is free play different from the simulator?

Use the free game when you want to play: choose a bet, watch the balls and follow your virtual balance. You can drop balls manually or use Auto.

Use the simulator when you want to run many drops at once and look at the results together. Try up to 10,000 drops, see where they landed and follow how the balance changed.

What is the Odds page for?

See a big multiplier and wonder, “What are my chances of hitting that?” The Odds page calculates that chance, along with the chance of landing in each slot. It uses the rules of our model, without running any drops.

The simulator shows what happened in one particular run. Odds shows how likely the possible results are. Neither tells you where the next ball will land.

Can a strategy guarantee a win?

No. You can choose your settings and bet size, but you cannot make the next ball land in a particular slot. Settings can change the payout profile, while your bet size changes how much each result affects your balance. Neither can guarantee a win.

Our Strategy guide explains those choices. Strategy Lab lets you check your settings, bet, virtual balance and planned number of drops before trying them in the simulator.
