Most online casino jackpots belong to a particular game or game provider. You play an eligible title, and that game’s jackpot system determines whether you win an additional prize. But what if different casino games could participate in the same jackpot pool?
That’s the idea behind Jackpot Chance, a new system launched by iGaming aggregator Infingame on October 13, 2026. Instead of introducing another slot or instant game, Infingame has created a jackpot feature that can operate alongside existing casino games. And that makes the launch a little more interesting than the usual casino software announcement.
What Is Jackpot Chance?
Jackpot Chance is an optional jackpot system designed to work across eligible casino games. It sits alongside the main game rather than replacing its mechanics. For example, a player could be spinning a slot from one provider while participating in a jackpot system managed separately from that slot.
Another eligible game from a different provider could potentially use the same jackpot network. The important difference is that the jackpot doesn’t have to belong to a single game developer. Infingame says the system supports both individual casino jackpot setups and network jackpots that connect eligible games across participating providers.
How Does Jackpot Chance Work?
The basic idea is straightforward. Players can choose to participate in an additional jackpot feature while playing an eligible casino game. Participation involves an optional side bet.
That contribution goes toward the jackpot pool. Players can choose between three contribution levels:
- 1x: The basic participation level.
- 2x: A higher contribution level with an increased chance of winning a jackpot.
- 10x: The highest available contribution level, offering a further increase in jackpot probability.
Players can change their selected level during gameplay. The interface also displays the current Grand jackpot amount. One thing worth understanding is that these numbers describe contribution levels.
They are not guaranteed payout multipliers. Choosing 10x doesn’t mean a player will automatically receive ten times the normal prize. It means participating at a higher contribution level, with the associated change in jackpot probability.
Four Jackpot Levels
Jackpot Chance uses four prize categories:
- Grand: The top jackpot tier.
- Major: The second-highest tier.
- Minor: A smaller jackpot category.
- Mini: The lowest jackpot tier.
This structure will look familiar to anyone who has played modern jackpot slots. However, Infingame has not established one universal cash value for each tier across all casino implementations. Actual jackpot values, contribution requirements, and available games depend on the operator’s configuration.
So a Grand jackpot at one casino should not automatically be assumed to have the same value as a Grand jackpot elsewhere.
Why Are Shared Jackpots Different?
Traditional jackpots are often connected to a particular provider’s games. If a jackpot is limited to one developer, only eligible games from that developer contribute to the system. Jackpot Chance is designed to work differently.
Its network model can bring together eligible games from multiple providers. That could allow a player to move between participating titles without leaving the broader jackpot experience. For casinos, this creates more flexibility in deciding which games participate.
For players, it introduces another feature to consider when choosing between games. But there’s a catch. A shared jackpot is still an additional gambling feature, not free money.
If participation requires an extra wager, the cost of that wager matters. A larger jackpot pool or a higher participation level doesn’t automatically make the overall game more favorable to the player.
Does Jackpot Chance Change a Game's RTP?
This is an important question. Infingame says casino operators can configure parameters including RTP, jackpot contributions, and eligibility rules. That means players should not assume every implementation has identical mathematical characteristics.
It’s also important to distinguish the original game’s RTP from any separately funded jackpot component. For example, a slot might have its own published RTP, while an optional jackpot feature introduces additional costs and possible rewards. The combined experience needs to be evaluated using the actual rules of that casino’s implementation.
Without confirmed contribution rates, probability tables, and payout rules, there’s no reliable way to calculate the overall expected return for a specific Jackpot Chance setup.
Is Jackpot Chance Available at Every Casino?
No. Jackpot Chance is an integration tool for casino operators, not a standalone game that automatically appears everywhere. Individual casinos must choose to implement it.
Availability may also depend on the operator, supported games, and local regulations. Infingame announced the product on October 13, but that doesn’t mean every casino using its aggregation platform already offers the feature. Players should check the rules of their chosen casino before assuming that a particular game supports Jackpot Chance.
A Different Approach to Casino Jackpots
Jackpot Chance isn’t trying to reinvent slots, crash games, or instant casino games. Instead, it adds another layer around them. That’s an interesting direction for the industry.
As casino platforms offer increasingly large collections of games from different developers, features that connect those games may become more common. Shared jackpots are one way to do that. For players, the concept is easy to understand: play an eligible game, optionally join a separate jackpot pool, and choose how much to contribute.
The important details are still the same as with any gambling feature: understand the cost, check the rules, and don’t confuse the possibility of a large prize with a high probability of winning it.
